I really love these shoes. They are super comfortable, true to size, and look great. I was worried that one of the two straps would cut into my foot or heel... they do not at all. I have had other shoes that have the buckles on the top and something under them rubs on my foot when I walk... not with this OTBT shoe.

These were my first pair of OTBT and I have only owned them for a week, but they were comfortable right out of the box. The first time I wore them and walked around a mall for a few hours without any discomfort or rubbing. I would have never known that they were brand new shoes based on how they fit and wear.

I haven't owned them long enough to know about the long term wear (will update this review if it changes)... but I plan to buy another pair in the turquoise color soon! Excellent shoe for the $. True to size. Comfortable out of the box. I highly recommend.

UPDATE 09/13:
I bought the turquoise and the grey pair too... I love them and get tons of compliments when I wear them. Great with jeans and dress pants and works with well with skirts/dresses too. Just enough of a heel for me! These are my go-to shoes. On the grey pair, the leather that covers the heel is coming off on the edge. I think superglue would fix it. I noticed it on the first wear but didn't return... no other issues with any of the three pair. They are still really comfortable and I still love them!

This is a really nice looking boot but run small. I ordered a half size larger than I wear and when I tried to put one on it felt like a size too small. I do have trouble with boots fitting me well and hated to return them, but I did. I wish they had fit because they are really nice looking boots.

I bought the black and white polka dotted one. It is so cute, I'm totally in love with it. I have bought shoes online before, but it was always a miss. Either the shoe was too big or small, or the dye on the leather was staining my socks. I was aprehensive, but these are the pertfect pair! I did go down half a size. I normally wear a 6.5 or 7. For this pair I went with the 6.5. My feet are regular, I am myself just 5'2'', these fit like a glove, give the rounded toe and the wedge style I knew I should go with the lower size. The top is calf hair/leather, very well made and good quality. Thanks Betsy Johnson for a great style and Amazon for the wonderful price, I just paid $69 for them. Ladies grab these while you can!
