I've been wearing clogs since I was a teenager and had yet to find one that offered so much toe exposure. For me this is a good thing, summer in New York City makes partial-nudists of us all. The caveat with this and all swedish hasbeens is that the wood is untreated, so water should be avoided. Also, the leather is minimally treated, so again less water. These sandals combine aeration, stability and cuteness; they are well-made and the thong is not irritating in the least. I normally wear 7 1/2 size shoes, the 38 is a perfect fit, based on the fit criteria below.
My hesitation to give it five stars stems from a long existing "issue" with clogs: there are no half sizes. So that many people have to choose between a shoe where a smidgen of heel sticks out or one where a bit of wood sticks out. Opt for the heel sticking out, otherwise the wood will get chipped as you go up and down staircases. Ideally, your foot should fit somewhere between the carved insole and the slightly larger impression of the base. If there is any of the smaller groove showing, your shoe will probably start chipping there.
Ultimately, there are many more durable and less fussy brands of clogs out there. However, what they possess in functionality they lack in stylishness compared to swedish hasbeens. The choice is yours and really depends on your intended use.

I am very disappointed with this product. The leather is very soft and feels like it can tear very easily. The Third day that I put on the shoes I noticed that the leather was actually tearing at the seams right in the corner approaching the tongue of the shoe and that happened on both sides. Right now I basically have a paperweight as I don't use the shoe. The only reason that I gave it a 1 star is because that't the lowest that I can give. I have wasted my money but you don't have to waste yours. Don't buy this item or you will regret it.

I just got these shoes (I also have them in a pale blue color.) I actually can't stop looking at them - they are so gorgeous! They have an incredibly luxurious feel to them, and the satin upper material makes them so very feminine. I also love the intricate embellished flower ornament. My personal style is actually very classic and simple, but these shoes do not seem at all gaudy to me. I think they'd be perfect for a nice dinner, or a wedding, or even a black tie event.

They are also comfortable and (for me) seem to fit true to size. I've read before that Badgley Mischka runs small for many customers, so take that assertion as you will. My sense is that they will open up even more with just a bit of use. I've been wearing them for the past 30 minutes, and they already seem (even) more comfortable. The heel is 3.25 inches. I'm really looking forward to wearing these pumps!
