Amazon says that it is genuine leather, but it comes with a little tab, and on that tab it says that it is made out of waxed canvas, the same tab says it also comes with a little can of wax to keep the shoes looking good, i searched everywhere but i could not find the tin. I thought that it was to good to be true to buy some nice looking leather shoes for 42 dollars, and i was right. But anyways, these shoes are not really comfortable for daily use, But they are easy to clean.

Just so you know what you are getting. This Bogs Bridgeport is well made, rather clunky. Most of my shoes are sz 8. the sizing of these are maybe slightly smaller , but the real problem is they run narrow. In fact, the challenge I have with narrow ankles in most of my shoes is blisters from heel shim as my heels move up and down. With these Bridgeports the opening is so tight it's a struggle getting in and out of them even with my very narrow feet. (I have to hold out the heel tab and slam my foot down several times to get into the boot) I can't imagine how a normal foot can access them.
