Shoes look good and custom orthotics fit just fine. The combination of leather upper plus mesh lining result in these shoes being reasonably cool on the feet. My only and relatively minor complaint is that they have required more break-in then a previous pair of Aetrex shoes I purchased. The extra padding around the ankles is nice, but it has resulted in some minor rubbing. Not perfect, but pretty good.
