I LOVE THIS SHOE. However, this is what I had to do with Calvin Klein's Fionn: buy half a size up. I already tried my regular size, but returned it and bought half size up and it was perfect ONLY when I added heel grips: When buying your own size, the toe box is extremely snug, but if you size it up a half size, the snugness is more comfortable, more like "true to size" fit. The length is not much different--the only thing is that your heel will slip off either with hosiery, socks, or barefoot. Fortunately, with CKs, you can buy those heel grips for $2 and then it's totally perfect.

I'd rather have a perfect toe box and a simple heel grip, otherwise, it would be very uncomfortable walking with smashed toes. After doing this, the fit was just divine and perfect--especially since CK is already padding the bottom. It's just adding a heel grip (when you go up a half size.) I ALWAYS have this problem with heels--the toe area is just too small at my size. So I compensate by going half a size up. This occurs with other brands too. Corso Como was ridiculously tight. But same procedure, then fit perfectly.

The height of this shoe is great. I was wary at first, but then walking around (indoors only though), it was still comfy. Sure, I have yet to try it outdoors, but I'm already hooked on Calvins. Very comfy for a heel!

The craftsmanship is wonderful. There are no end of seams that will poke/stab me. The bottom is rubberized, bouncy, so you get shock absorption. Beautiful shoe.
