First the bad news: I wear a size 4 or 6 and I couldn't get these boots fastened. I'm not sure if my pair was a freak accident, or if this is a general problem, but it was pretty disappointing. I could zipper it fine, but the straps/buckles were ridiculously short, and not all the same length (as the one that is pictured is). However, with some creative doctoring, I'm pretty sure I can make them work.

Now the good news: If once I can ever get these to fit properly, I am pretty excited to wear them. They look pretty fabulous, and are soooo comfortable! Especially given their heel height. And for someone with boxy feet, the roomy toes are pretty thrilling.

Bottom line, if you're willing to take the chance, these boots will be exactly what you're looking for, as long as they will fit!
