Men's Georgia Eagle Light Wide Load Steel Toe Boots, Dark Brown. Comfort Core Georgia Boot's patented Comfort Core technology is what separates the men from the men-with-sore-feet, and no other boot has it. Comfort Core is a specially-designed, energy-return cushion that stores energy as the weight of your foot compresses. Then, as the foot is lifted, that energy is released. Basically, that's just a high-tech way of saying our boots are really, really comfortable. Plus, Comfort Core insoles feature a unique air flow system containing tiny holes that force air through the insole as you walk. So feet stay cooler and drier longer. EH Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards. PT Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75Georgia Men's Eagle Light Wide Load ST Work Boots-G6395 (M9.5) Review
The Georgia Eagle Light Wide Load ST Work Boots Style: G6395 are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned, however the the soles split after 8 months of normal to light use, mostly walking, standing, kneeling on a concrete shop floor, very disappointed in these boots. I really like the styling and the comfort, but when I spend over $100 on a pair of boots I expect a little more quality. I had a pair of Wolverines that lasted 6 years doing the same type of work, thought I'd try Georgia Boot, what a waste of money. The upper portion of the boot is great quality stitching, good leather, but the sole is junk.Update: I returned my original pair at the beginning of February, 2012,it took right at two weeks and they sent me a new pair, under warranty. It is now nine months later and the boots have held up perfectly, must have been a bad batch of rubber for the soles.
This are the best, most comfortable boots I have ever owned.
